TopWinTips owns or licenses the original writing, selection structures, graphics, interface, branding, software and compiled presentation published through the service. Football facts, scores and other public facts are not claimed as our exclusive property, but our original selection, arrangement and commentary may be protected.
Personal permission
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to view the service and use lawfully accessed content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. No ownership transfers to you.
Uses that need written permission
- Republishing complete predictions, premium packs, analysis or graphics on a website, channel, app or publication.
- Selling, sublicensing, broadcasting or redistributing our content or account access.
- Systematic scraping, harvesting, mirroring or building a competing database.
- Using our content or protected presentation to train, evaluate or supply an automated model or commercial service.
- Using the TopWinTips name, logo or visual identity in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership.
Links, quotations and attribution
You may link to public pages. Short quotations for commentary, reporting or review may be used where permitted by law, with clear attribution and a link to the source. Attribution does not make an otherwise infringing copy acceptable.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on TopWinTips infringes your rights, email topwintipsonline@gmail.com with your contact details, the protected work, the exact page, the reason for the claim and a statement that the information is accurate. We may request evidence of ownership or authority before acting.
Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict access, preserve evidence or take proportionate legal action where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached. Nothing in this policy limits lawful exceptions or user rights that cannot be waived.
