TopWinTips is responsible for personal data collected through this website and our services. This policy is written with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable data-protection requirements in mind.

2. Information we collect
- Account data, such as your name, email address, age confirmation and sign-in records.
- Subscription data, such as plan, transaction reference, payment status and billing history. We do not store full card details when payment is handled by our payment provider.
- Usage and device data, such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser, device type, IP address and security logs.
- Communications you send to support, including attachments and the history needed to resolve your request.
- Preference data, including cookie choices, saved competitions and marketing settings.

We keep account and subscription records while your account is active and for only as long as required for support, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute and legal purposes. Shorter-lived analytics and security logs follow documented retention schedules. Data is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.

8. Children and security
TopWinTips is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring and operational safeguards appropriate to the data and risk. No online system is completely secure, so you should also use a unique password and protect your account.
