1. What you purchase
A TopWinTips subscription provides access to the premium content described at checkout for the stated billing period. Odds targets describe the intended combined range of a pack and do not guarantee a payout, result or fixed number of selections.
2. Billing and renewal
The price, currency, taxes, billing interval and whether a plan renews automatically will be shown before payment. For recurring plans, you authorise the payment provider to charge the selected method at each renewal until cancellation. We will give notice of a material price change before it applies to a future renewal.
3. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel a recurring subscription through account settings or by contacting topwintipsonline@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund is approved or law requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app, leaving a messaging channel or not using the service does not itself cancel billing.
4. When a refund may be available
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Payment completed but the purchased access was not made available within a reasonable time after you contacted support.
- A renewal was charged after a properly completed cancellation.
- Applicable consumer law requires a refund or cancellation right.
5. Digital content already supplied
Because premium predictions are time-sensitive digital content, a change of mind after the content has been made available will not normally qualify for a refund, except where applicable law says otherwise. A losing selection or pack does not qualify because results are never guaranteed. This rule does not limit any non-waivable consumer right.
6. Requesting a refund
Email topwintipsonline@gmail.com promptly with your account email, transaction reference, payment date and reason. Do not send full card details or one-time passwords. We will acknowledge the request, investigate it and communicate the decision. Approved refunds return through the original payment route where possible, and bank processing time may vary.
7. Failed payments and chargebacks
A failed or reversed payment may pause access. Contact us before raising a chargeback so we can investigate duplicate, unauthorised or undelivered transactions. We may provide transaction and access records to the payment provider when responding to a dispute.
