1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and TopWinTips. By visiting the website, creating an account or buying a subscription, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view betting-related content in your location. If local law does not allow access, you must not use the service.
2. What TopWinTips provides
TopWinTips publishes football predictions, match analysis and paid odds packs for information and entertainment. We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, financial adviser or agent. We do not accept stakes, place bets or hold gambling funds.
A prediction expresses an opinion based on available data and review at the time of publication. It is not a promise of a result or return.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- Keep your password and sign-in method private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Use one personal account only. You may not sell, share or transfer access to premium content.
- We may verify eligibility, restrict access or suspend an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.
4. Premium subscriptions
The price, billing interval, included odds pack and renewal terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Premium packs may contain a different number of selections because the combined target is an odds range, not a fixed quantity of fixtures.
Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider. Your bank or payment provider may also apply its own terms. Cancellation and refund rights are explained in our Subscription and Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, republish, scrape, resell or systematically extract our predictions, analysis or data.
- Do not bypass access controls, probe security, interfere with the service or use automated tools without written permission.
- Do not use TopWinTips to promote unlawful activity, mislead other people or impersonate another person.
- Do not share premium screenshots, credentials or paywalled content outside your personal use.
6. Availability and changes
Fixtures, team news and odds can change quickly. We may update, correct, delay or withdraw content when information changes or technical issues arise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every competition will be covered.
We may change these terms when the service, law or our operating practices change. Material changes will be highlighted through the website or account contact details before they take effect where practical.
7. Liability and governing law
You remain responsible for every betting decision, stake and loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopWinTips is not liable for losses caused by reliance on a prediction, changing odds, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
